Who we are

EMERGENT ORDER LTD, company number 17510423, is responsible for information collected through eo.io. Our registered office is 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom. Contact hello@eo.io with privacy questions or requests.

Business enquiries

If you email or call us, we use the contact details and information you provide to respond, discuss requirements and, where applicable, take steps towards an agreement. We rely on our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries, or steps requested before entering a contract where applicable. Please avoid sending confidential system data or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Correspondence is handled using our business communication providers. We retain it while needed to handle the enquiry, manage the relationship and meet applicable legal obligations; information no longer needed is deleted. Information is not sold or used for advertising profiles.

Hosting and basic website statistics

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure it. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic and performance statistics without analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. We use these services to operate, secure and improve the website.

Optional PostHog analytics

Only if you choose Accept analytics, we load PostHog in its EU cloud region to understand page visits, referring websites, browser/device types, approximate location inferred from the connection IP address, and clicks on service pages, product pages, contact links and the capability PDF. Raw client IP addresses are discarded by the project. We do not record sessions, capture form contents, or identify visitors by name or email. Contact clicks indicate interest; they do not tell us whether an enquiry was sent.

We use consent for this optional analytics. PostHog uses browser session storage for an anonymous identifier, so it is not intended to recognise you across separate visits. The browser remembers your analytics choice for 30 days in local storage. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer. Rejecting analytics leaves all website content and contact links available.

We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs sent to PostHog. We do not send email addresses, telephone numbers, or message contents in analytics events. Analytics is kept while useful for assessing website usage and meeting applicable legal obligations, and is deleted when no longer needed. Our analytics providers process information to supply their services. Hosting or support can involve international transfers under the providers’ applicable data protection safeguards. Read the PostHog privacy notice and Cloudflare privacy notice for details of their processing.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing, and request portability. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. Email hello@eo.io to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
